What do we do with the information we gather
Pupils receive confirmation when booking onto a session via our booking system. This information is kept securely electronically and only shared between the partners/administrators of Sandy Toad Sea Swimmers. Due to the environment that we are coaching in, a hard copy of contact and emergency details will be under supervision at all times. For tax purposes, enrolment details relating to accounting will be held for 7 years. Any health details which may have an impact on safety will only be shared between ourselves at Sandy Toed Sea Swimmers.
Online booking system: EOLA
Eola Ltd is a third-party online booking system through which we take reservations and payments for our open water sessions. Payments are made through their software and are processed by Stripe. Only data relating to you and your booking are shared with us (not your card details). The details you give via Eola are stored on their servers. We can access this data online so we can handle your booking effectively and collect the required information before your session is due. Online payment processing: STRIPE
Should you make a payment through our booking system, your transaction will be processed by Stripe. We do not receive any information regarding your transaction from stripe other than details of the actual payment.
